Justin Hinton

Justin Hinton

Growing up in San Diego, Justin made the move to the Bay Area to study
Journalism at UC Berkeley. Without an undergraduate Journalism program, he
decided to major in Mass Communications and quickly engaged in campus and
community organizations to receive his training. He served as the
Editor-in-Chief of The Onyx Express Magazine, the first and only African
American undergraduate student publication on campus and interned at CBS 5
in San Francisco. Hinton then decided to hone his journalism skills by
moving to Cairo, Egypt however, the 2011 revolution forced him to
relocate. He currently lives in Seoul, South Korea.
